RESUME
Cet article aborde la question des contrastes entre les mécanismes locaux d’appropriation des technologies d’électricité dans un contexte où en République Centrafricaine a connu et traverse encore des crises d’ordre industriel, politique et économique. Notre hypothèse de réflexion met en exergue le fait que face à des technologies obsolètes héritées de la colonisation, l’entreprise ENERCA assure l’exploitation des centrales électriques grâce à l’apprentissage des savoir-faire. Cependant, une attention particulière est portée à l’analyse des formes d’acquisition des savoir-faire, les enjeux de l’apprentissage en contexte industriel centrafricain à l’instar de l’entreprise étudiée.

ABSTRACT
This article deals wirth the question related to contrasts between the local mechanism of the appropriation of the electricity technologies in a contexte where the Central African Republic has know and experienced political, industrial and economic crises. Our hypothesis focuses on the fact that in front of the obsolete technologies inherited from the colonisation, the entreprise ENERCA carries out the exploitation of power station thanks to the learning of know-how. Meanwhile a particular attention is directed to the analysis of the forms of the acquisition of know-how, the issues of learning in the central african industrial context in the case the enterprise studied.
