RESUME :
La voie oubanguienne constituait avant l’arrivée des Européens, un axe commercial principal. Elle reliait le royaume du Congo avec d’autres régions de l’intérieur jusque vers la fin du XVIIe siècle. Ce commerce inter régional transitait par une succession d’ethnies qui contrôlaient les rivières entre le confluent Mbomou-Ouellé et le Pool.
L’Europe industrielle et commerciale avide de nouveaux débouchés allait s’intéresser à la partie centrale de l’Afrique en l’ouvrant après la Conférence de Berlin, à la compétition commerciale, drainant de facto les richesses de l’intérieur des terres vers les côtes maritimes à destination des contrées européennes.
C’est dans ce contexte que cette étude essaie de dresser et d’analyser le bilan des activités commerciales en Oubangui-Chari, de 1925 à 1945.

FROM COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES IN OUBANGUI-CHARI TO THE
INTRODUCTION OF MARKET ECONOMY (1925-1945)
ABSTRACT
The oubanguian was way constitued before the arrival of the Europeans, a main commercial axis. It linked the kingdom of Congo witch of regions of the interior until the end of the XVIIe century .this inter regional trade passed through a succesion of ethnic groups who controlled the rivers bethween the Mbomou-Ouelle confluence and the Pool.
Industrial and commercial Europe, eager for new opportunities, was t take and interest in the central part of Africa by openining it up after the Berlin conference to commercial competition, the facto draining the wealth of the interior of the land towards the maritime coast at destination of european contries.
It is in this context that study attemps to draw up and analyze the results of commercial activities in the Oubangui-Chari, from 1925 to 1945.
