RESUME :
Cet article se propose d’analyser les logiques d’acteurs autour de l’aide humanitaire fournie aux réfugiés urbains de Bangui en Centrafrique. En partant d’une approche qualitative et ethnographique (nous avons réalisé notamment des entretiens semi-directifs individuels et des observations in situ auprès des réfugiés) couplée avec les balises théoriques de l’anthropologie de l’aide humanitaire, nous nous sommes évertués à nous démarquer des études classiques des réfugiés dans le camp et de questionner avec un regard réflexif les capacités de résilience des réfugiés dissimulés au sein des populations urbaines de la ville de Bangui. L’étude a montré qu’il y a un écart grandissant entre l’assistance humanitaire et les besoins réels des réfugiés. L’étude a aussi révélé que, dans les faits, les réfugiés ne sont pas des acteurs passifs mais ils disposent des capacités d’action autonomes, celles de se convertir dans d’autres activités socio-économiques pour assurer leur survie et afin de mieux s’intégrer dans la société centrafricaine.

THE ANTHROPOLOGY OF HUMANITARIAN AID : THE STUDY OF REFUGEES HIDDEN AMONG THE URBAN POPULATION OF BANGUI
ABSTRACT
This article aims at highlighting the logics of actors around the humanitarian aid to the urban refugees of Bangui of the Central African Republic. Using a committed ethnographic approach, paired with the theoretical beacon of the anthropology of humanitarian aid, we tried our best to distance ourselves from the studies of refugees in the camp and to question with much reflexiveness and critical distance the capacities of resileine of refugees hidden among the urban population of Bangui. The study has also showed that, in the facts, the refugees are not passive actors, but they possess the self-autonomy capacity of action, the ones that consist of devoting themselves to other socio-economic activities to ensure their survival and to better integrate themselves in the Central African society.
