Résumé
A l’époque précoloniale, des Etats de type monarchique, structurés ont existé sur le territoire centrafricain jadis Oubangui-Chari. On notait le Dar El Kouti dans la partie nord-est et dans le sud-est sur le cours d’eau de l’Oubangui des Sultanats. Ces Etats avaient des contacts avec l’extérieur. Mais la colonisation les a anéantis au XIXe siècle.
Le but de ce travail consiste à mettre en évidence spécifiquement l’existence de ces royaumes du Haut-Oubangui.

Abstrat
In the precolonial era, organized states of monarchial type existed in the Central African Republic territory named Oubangui-Chari in the past. We noted the Dar El Kouti in the North-East region and in the South-East along the river course of Oubangui of Sultanates. These States had contacts with the exterior. But the colonization has destroyed them in the 19th century.
The aim of this work is to highlight specifically the existence of the kingdoms of High-Oubangui.
